What suggestions do you have to close a projected 2011 session budget shortfall which may range between $13 and $17 billion, since the state is constitutionally obligated to adopt a balanced budget?
Again, in wake of my last survey, many expressed frustration with timely processing of their concealed carry applications and driver’s license renewals, etc.--areas which fall under the jurisdiction of the Texas Department of Public Safety. Are you still having these problems?
